Compliment CPS

If you’ve had a positive interaction, received great services, or attended an informative program and want to share positive feedback, please contact the AU Chief of Police at 630-844-6140 or wdavis@aurora.edu. We will pass your comments on to the staff member and make sure they are properly recognized for their achievements.

File a Complaint

If you believe that the conduct of an officer or CPS staff member was inappropriate, you may request to speak with a CPS supervisor at our office located at 1405 Prairie St. or by calling 630-844-6140.

If a supervisor is not available or, if you prefer, you can fill out an AU CPS Complaint Form. If you are unable to pick up a form, you may also download a printable version.

Please fill it out with as much detail as possible and return the completed form by:

• Delivering it in person to CPS.
• Mailing it to:
