Career Services and Resources

AU Career Ecosystem
Career happens everywhere.
At Aurora University, career development is more than an office or a single program — it’s a campuswide effort. The AU Career Ecosystem is the network of people, programs, and experiences, both inside and outside the classroom, that help every student prepare for life after graduation.
From the classroom to campus leadership, internships, and mentoring relationships, Aurora University offers programs and experiences that connect learning to future goals. Career Services works alongside students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and community partners to explore possibilities, build meaningful connections, and support pathways to graduate or professional school, full-time careers, or service-oriented work — guiding students from their first year through graduation and beyond.
Because at AU, career doesn’t just happen at the end. It happens everywhere — and it starts with you.
