Rates are per each semester and include utilities. Room types and costs vary per building. Standard rooms are non-A/C rooms, sharing a community bathroom.

The Hungry Spartan 21 (21 meals/wk with 80 points/semester): $3,030 per semester
Taste of AU 15 (15 meals/wk with 100 points/semester): $2,825 per semester
Weekly Bite 10 (10 meals/wk with 100 points/semester): $2,195 per semester
Blu Block 150 (150 meals/semester with 175 points/semester): $2,305 per semester
AU 80 (For juniors and seniors only; 80 meals/semester with 160 points/semester): $1,075 per semester
