This request form is only for current AU undergraduate and graduate students with an assigned academic advisor. New fully online students will work with their student engagement specialist through week two of their first classes. Please contact 888-688-1147 or onlineinfo@aurora.edu for questions.

Upon submission of the information below, you will receive a phone call from the Crouse Center front desk at the phone number you listed below to assist in helping you schedule an appointment with your academic advisor. Please answer any calls from 630-844-6870 for expedited service. We will attempt to reach out to you three times before deactivating your request form. You must connect with the Crouse Center front desk to schedule your appointment.
