During the COVID-19 campus closure, academic support and tutoring continue to be available remotely. Appointments can be scheduled using WConline ( Content tutors for math, science, and over 50 specific classes are available using Zoom. In addition, writing specialists are available 7 days a week to help you understand, brainstorm, revise, or polish any writing assignment, big or small.

Schedule a tutoring appointment

The Academic Support Center (ASC) offers students a variety of instructional approaches to foster their academic growth and help them become successful, lifelong learners.

Content-specific tutoring is available in a number of disciplines offered by professional staff and peer tutors supporting undergraduate classes. Weekly recitations, peer-led study sessions, one-on-one appointments, and drop-in programs are designed to help students achieve academic success.

Writing specialists are available to consult with registered AU students, at all levels and locations. Through one-on-one, in-person or online appointments, staff members are available to guide students through the entire writing process (brainstorming, research, drafting, editing, proofreading, revision, and documentation.)
