Citizenship/Eligible Non-Citizenship Verification
If this item is requested on your account, the government requires you to provide proof of your citizenship or eligible non-citizenship status to receive financial aid. You must provide the following:
- An unexpired valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, other state-issued ID, or a passport (must be original)
- Proof of citizenship or eligible non-citizenship, such as a passport, a certificate of citizenship, a permanent resident card, or proof of eligible non-citizenship document (must be original)
- Completed Citizenship/Eligible Non-Citizenship Verification form (provided during appointment)
This must be completed in person in the Office of Financial Aid. You can schedule an appointment here.
