Event Setup Options

The setup and layout of most spaces can be changed and modified to work best for your event. Please review common setup options below, but know that we will work with you to ensure your layout creates a space that meets your needs.

Lecture/Theater

Chairs are arranged to face a central focus point, such as a table, podium, stage, or screen. This setup maximizes room capacity and is ideal for presentations, lectures, performances, films, and speeches.

Classroom

Each table accommodates up to three participants comfortably, all facing the front of the room. This setup is ideal for workshops, presentations, seminars, or any event where participants need to take notes.

Crescent Round Classroom

Tables are arranged to accommodate five participants each, allowing all to face the front of the room. This setup is well-suited for workshops, presentations, seminars, or events where meals are served.

Dining

Round tables accommodate up to eight guests each, depending on preference. This setup is commonly used for large functions, sit-down dinners, receptions, socials, and similar events.

Conference

Tables are combined to create one large table with chairs around the perimeter. This setup is designed for meetings and conferences.

Hollow Conference

Tables are arranged into a square or rectangular shape with an open center and chairs around the perimeter. This setup is ideal for meetings and conferences.

U-Shaped

Tables are arranged to form a 'U' shape, with all participants facing the front of the room. This setup is suited for meetings and conferences involving a presenter.

Informational Fair

Tables are organized to accommodate multiple representatives presenting from assigned stations. This setup is perfect for student organization information sessions, open houses, academic presentations, business fairs, and similar events.
