  • The Code of Academic Integrity defines unacceptable academic conduct, specifies how a faculty member should report alleged violations, and describes the appeals process available to students.
  • If you suspect that a student has violated the Code of Academic Integrity, consult your department chair, who will provide guidance on next steps. You may be directed to report the alleged violation and accompanying evidence to the Office of Academic Affairs via the ReportIt! form.
