Performance, both as a soloist and as part of an ensemble, is at the core of the AU music minor. Throughout the academic year, you will have opportunities to participate, whether through performance or observation.

AU Concerts and Recitals

Discover your passion for music through performance. Not only do students partake in concert settings, but AU faculty are highly-trained professionals and accomplished performers themselves. Touring

The AU choirs regularly embark on a concert tour to numerous locations across the U.S. The tours allow students to experience a commitment to musical excellence, peer camaraderie, teamwork, and how to communicate and perform with new audiences.

In May 2023, the AU Chorale embarked on the first-ever choir tour abroad in the history of the university to Ireland. Watch the video below or read our blog to learn more about the overseas tour.
