Virtual Support
Aurora University offers free, 24/7 virtual health and wellness support to all enrolled students. Whether you’re on campus, at home, or away during a break, you can connect with licensed professionals whenever and wherever you need care.
Appointments are available during the day, evenings, and weekends, allowing you to schedule sessions and choose a provider who best fits your needs and preferences. Virtual services are accessible from any web-enabled device, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
Virtual support services available include:
- Scheduled clinical counseling appointments
- On-demand access to immediate support through phone, video, or chat
- Psychiatric services
- Health coaching
Continuity of Care
Both clinical counseling and psychiatric support services are available at no cost to students. To help ensure continuity of care, virtual providers may coordinate with Counseling Services staff when appropriate. Students who choose to self-pay for services outside of the university’s agreement may choose not to participate in coordination.
Students typically receive ongoing therapy through either a Counseling Center counselor or a virtual therapist, rather than both at the same time. If your needs change, our teams will work together to ensure a smooth transition between services.
If you need immediate support, 24/7 assistance is available through phone, video, or chat.
