Teachers have to figure out when to use less AI, more AI, or a mix of it to ensure students stay curious, think deeply, work together, and find real meaning in what they study.

José Antonio Bowen - Teaching with AI: A Practical Guide to a New Era of Human Learning
This hands-on, interactive workshop will help you discover what AI can do for you in your teaching and other work (grant applications, communication, accreditation reports, student support, faster grading, reporting generation, scheduling). We will consider a broad range of both AI-resistant and AI-inclusive new assignment techniques. We will also learn about how to select the right AI tool for different tasks, improve prompts and results, create an AI tutor, and approach new AI policies.
