STEM Teaching Resources
Each year, Aurora University hosts a free Virtual STEM Teaching Hackathon, allowing district teachers, AU faculty, and AU Noyce Scholars to collaborate and find creative solutions to issues faced by early-career teachers.
Throughout the event, participants can:
- Identify a problem and flex their problem-solving skills to address it.
- Hear from a keynote speaker on relevant STEM topics.
- Present solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Connect with local STEM educators and future teachers.
- Help develop a wealth of resources for the teaching community.
The goals of the Teaching Hackathon include cultivating a STEM education community, “hacking” innovative solutions to STEM classroom challenges in a collaborative format, and sharing the resources developed.
Share resources or receive information about upcoming Virtual STEM Teaching Hackathons.
