The Office of Institutional Research provides data, information, and analysis to the AU community to support university planning and decision making. We also provide the university’s annual responses to the Common Data Set, a collaborative effort of The College Board, Peterson's, and U.S. News & World Report to publish standard information about colleges and universities.

Undergraduate Post-Graduation Outcomes
90.8% of students completing their bachelor's degrees in May 2021 with known outcomes are employed or continuing their education*. This represents a knowledge rate of 94.4% of the graduating class and includes outcomes up to 6 months after graduation.
Master's Post-Graduation Outcomes
83.8% of students completing a master's degree in May 2021 with known outcomes are employed or continuing their education*. This represents a knowledge rate of 59.6% and includes outcomes, as reported by students at the time of graduation or education, picked up by National Student Clearinghouse in Fall 2021.
Doctoral Post-Graduation Outcomes
100% of students completing a doctoral degree in May 2021 with known outcomes are employed or continuing their education*. This represents a knowledge rate of 66.7% and includes outcomes as reported by students at the time of graduation.
*Included in the employment/education calculation are full-time and part-time employment, internships, military service, volunteer service, and enrollment in post-secondary education.
