Admission Requirements

All candidates seeking admission to the ESL/Bilingual Endorsement program must:

• Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (early childhood, elementary, secondary, special K-12, or preschool-age 21).
• Complete the Graduate Application for Admission.
• Submit official transcripts from any institution you attended. Most institutions use Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse to send transcripts. If your college or university does not use either, please have your official transcripts sent to AU-Etranscripts@aurora.edu or the mailing address below.
