Build capacity and institutional infrastructure to support existing and new revenue streams and increase efficiency, accessibility, and effectiveness to position AU for the future.

Goals:

1. Map, fully integrate, and establish information technology (IT) and data governance processes for all technology systems supporting student, employee, and alumni experiences.
2. Improve efficiency of university processes by creating a comprehensive plan and timeline for modernizing university technology and increasing internal capacity.
3. Develop a comprehensive campus master plan that incorporates accessibility, universal design, wellness, technology, safety, and security.
