Classes are open to all current AU students, faculty and staff on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class size is limited. No sign up required, just show up!

ZUMBA
Mondays
7pm-8pm

Location:  Activity Room (Lower Level, Alumni Hall)
Dates:  Starting 1/22 and ending 4/23 (no class 3/5)
Instructor:  Angelica Alvarez
Description:  This high energy class blends Latin and World rhythms with high and low interval-style dance moves.

BOOT CAMP (Fitness Class)
Wednesdays
12pm-12:45pm 

Location:  Activity Room (Lower Level, Alumni Hall)
Dates:  Starting 1/24 and ending 4/25 (no class 3/7)
Instructor: Denise Corbett
Description:  Boot Camp is a 45-minute class designed for all levels of fitness.  In this class you'll build strength and torch calories doing cardio intervals.  You'll feel strong, confident and ready to tackle your school day! Portions of class may be outdoors weather permitting.

 

POWER YOGA
Thursday
8am-9am

Location:  Activity Room (Lower Level, Alumni Hall)
Dates:  Starting 2/1 and ending 4/26 (no class  2/8  &  3/8)
Instructor:  Heather Poffenbarger
Description: This well balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and breath.  Class is appropriate for all levels of experience.  Limited supply of yoga mats provided.
