Adjunct Faculty - Graphic Design

Aurora University is an independent, comprehensive institution founded in 1893 offering bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Our two campuses are located in Aurora, Illinois and on the shores of Geneva Lake in Wisconsin. Additionally, we have an Educational Center in Woodstock, Illinois. We seek people passionately involved in the educational process who will help us realize our vision.

Aurora University is searching for qualified instructors as part of its adjunct faculty pool to teach in the follow undergraduate areas of the Department of Communication:

  • Graphic Design Theory & Typography
  • Digital Layout & Design
  • Web & Interactive Design
  • Visual Communication Theory & Practice

We have immediate needs for adjunct faculty to teach for Spring 2019. 

 While a terminal degree is preferred, a master's degree in graphic design or related field is required.  Industry experience and college-level teaching experience preferred.  Faculty candidates should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud and related software applications in both PC and Mac environments.

Classes are offered days and evenings at the Aurora Main Campus, Aurora Orchard Center and Online.
