Minor — Leadership Studies

These requirements will apply to students enrolling at AU in the 2018-2019 academic year. Current students can find the requirements that apply to them by consulting the relevant academic catalog.

The minor in Leadership Studies is designed to complement a broad range of majors as it brings the academic leadership training needed to enhance and strengthen any undergraduate’s major area of study. The minor provides an introduction to the foundational principles needed for future leadership in a student’s chosen career, as well as training in ethics, communication, group work, and organizational management. Compatible majors include, but are not limited to, business, communication, marketing, political science, criminal justice, and disciplines in the humanities. 

Minor in Leadership Studies: 20 semester hours
