Mr. Dial began his career as a beat officer in California and retired after serving 22 years as the Chief of Police of Naperville, Illinois. Mr. Dial’s tenure highlighted the importance of technology and adaptability in law enforcement as he witnessed the rise of issues such as cyber-crime, the threat of terrorism, and increased drug usage.
