The setup and layout of most spaces can be changed and modified to work best for a specific event. Review common layout options.
Audio/Visual Services
A variety of audio/visual services are available to complement events. Spaces, such as Crimi Auditorium, Perry Theatre, Tapper Recital Hall and University Banquet Hall, are equipped with state-of-the-art systems that allow for presentations, films or other visual aids to be displayed with ease. Portable sound systems can be set up in outdoor spaces as well as areas including Dunham Atrium and the Spartan Spot. Professional on-site support is also available, ensuring the technical portion of an event goes smoothly. For specific equipment not listed on the room reservation form, please indicate what is needed; staff will check availability.

Catering
- Aurora University is contractually obligated to use Tru Blu Catering when serving food and/or beverages at any on-campus event.
- Catering must be ordered three days in advance for events during regular business hours and four days in advance for evening and weekend events.
- Table coverings are required at events hosted for the public, events held in public lobbies or events that include food and/or beverages.
- The minimum food order for delivery is $25.
- There is a china/catering equipment charge for items that “go missing” or break. The charge is determined by the item’s replacement cost.
- Catering may be limited in certain event spaces.
