The first step is to sign up on College Central Network (CCN) at the following link: http://www.collegecentral.com/aurora/index.cfm
- Use your AU ID number, including the leading zero (for example 0123456), as your access ID.
- Use your AU e-mail address.
- Complete the registration process following the directions given on the site.
Once you're registered, go to the CCN home page (http://www.collegecentral.com/aurora/index.cfm).
- You'll see an Application for Student Employment form on the right side - open that, fill it out, save it to your flash drive or your computer.
- Upload the form as your "primary resume" following the directions on the site.
Go to the "jobs" section. Search based on:
- on campus
- part time
- work study

You can view your schedule on WebAdvisor (see directions above), click on any of your class titles, and then click on “Click here for text/supply information for this course” at the bottom of the page.
Visit the AU Bookstore’s website and click on Online Bookstore. Choose “Books,” and then “Textbooks & Course Materials.” Use the drop-down menus to enter your class information.
If you would prefer to rent textbooks, visit the same link above and click on Online Bookstore. Click the large bar at the top of the page that says, “Textbook Choices: Click to Browse Rental, Digital, and More.” Use the search menus to find your books.
Stop by the AU Bookstore in Dunham Hall when you get to campus. Books are organized by subject, and you can purchase them onsite.
If you want to purchase books from a retailer other than AU, use the ISBN number to find and purchase your books.http://www.aurora.edu/dir/staffdir.htm to look up their contact information.

There are many required events to help you get acclimated to life at Aurora University and learn about resources to help you be successful. Yes! If you are living on the Aurora campus or taking 9 or more credit hours per 16 week semester, immunization records are required. The requirements are 2 measles, 1 mump, 1 rubella shot (may have been given as a combined MMR shot), and a tetanus/diphtheria (Td or Tdap) shot given in the past 10 years.
