Adjunct Faculty - Philosophy

Aurora University is an independent, comprehensive institution founded in 1893 offering bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Our two campuses are located in Aurora, Illinois and on the shores of Geneva Lake in Wisconsin. We seek people passionately involved in the educational process who will help us realize our vision.

Aurora University is currently looking for qualified Instructors to teach our Problems of Philosophy and Ethics courses.  We have a special need for a Fall 2012 Ethics course meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:55 to 5:40 p.m.  Our department emphasizes close reading of canonical texts and the teaching of good writing and argumentation.  If you have at least a Master's degree and experience in your field, and wish to part of a candidate pool for openings within the next twelve months, please e-mail a resume or curriculum vitae, plus cover letter stating the specific areas your are interested in teaching to:
