Building the Colby Archives — Materials Needed:
- Student scrapbooks
- Material from student organizations
- Student publications
- Memorabilia related to campus activities/life, organizations and sports, etc.
Donate to Digitize
Funds to support the Colby Archives are also needed. The ultimate form of preservation for this important collection is digitization, starting with its photographs, yearbooks, and student publications. However, digitization is an expensive process, requiring costly equipment and much labor. If you would like to contribute monetarily to support our mission of preserving these important records through digitization, you may donate online (using our secure site) or send a check to the Office of Advancement, Aurora University, 347 S. Gladstone Ave., Aurora, IL 60506. (Be sure to write on the check's memo line that the contribution is for the Digitization Fund of the Doris K. Colby Archives.)
