Class size is limited.  No sign up required, just show up!

Tabata is a total body workout consisting of short, high intensity cardio/strength exercises followed by brief periods of rest.

The "Wellness Works" program, offered by the Wellness Center, is a program designed to encourage students, as well as faculuty and staff, to get moving, eat healthy, and manage stress.  Throughout the semester, there will be various events and workshops you can attend to learn how toincorporate these principles into your busy life.
