Aurora Campus - Fall 2012


Classes are open to all current AU students, faculty and staff on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Class size is limited to 25 participants per class.  No sign up required, just show up!

Yoga

Tuesdays

12pm-1pm and 9:15pm-10:15pm
September 4 through December 11
Location:  Activity Room (Lower level, Alumni Hall)

Instructed by Jeff Manning
Class focus is on basic yoga poses and breathing.  Dress comfortably. 
Limited number of mats provided. 

 

Zumba

Thursdays

5:30pm-6:30pm
September 6 through December 6 (no class November 22)
Location:  Activity Room (Lower level, Alumni Hall)

Instructed by Lynda White
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international
music with dance, making exercise fun! 

 


The "Wellness Works" program, offered by the Wellness Center, is a program designed to encourage students, as well as faculuty and staff, to get moving, eat healthy, and manage stress.  Throughout the semester, there will be various events and workshops you can attend to learn how toincorporate these principles into your busy life.
