Tabata

Instructed by Joan Reed

Tabata is a total body workout consisting of short, high-intensity cardio/strength exercises followed by brief periods of rest.

 

Yoga

The "Wellness Works" program, offered by the Wellness Center, is a program designed to encourage students, as well as faculty and staff, to get moving, eat healthy, and manage stress.  Throughout the semester, there will be various events and workshops you can attend to learn how to incorporate these principles into your busy life.
