- Zimbra's search function is located to the right of the Zimbra logo.
- Enter the text that you wish to search for.
- Notice that the search will be performed is based on the application that you are currently using.
- You can select a different application to search by clicking the down arrow and selecting the application you want searched.
- Note that search defaults are set under Preferences -> General
- If you wish to include the Junk or Trash folders in Email searches, you must set this in Preferences.
