Why did you choose to come to AU and get involved with athletics?
Softball. It's a good program with a nice coach. I love playing so I didn't want to quit when I left high school.
What do you like most about your team sport?
My teammates- some are my best friends.
What benefits have you gained from participating in athletics here at AU?
Life long friendships.
How does Aurora's Division III level of athletic competition interact with the other aspects of your collegiate lifestyle?
It is nice because it is still competitive, but not life consuming. It allows me to participate in softball as well as have a social life and focus on school.
