What attracted you to AU? The small campus and small classroom sizes, and the sense of community here. The campus has a family-like atmosphere.
What is your favorite class? Why? Clinical classes in athletic training, because you get hands-on learning opportunities.
Who is your favorite professor? Why? Sarah Radtke. She teaches Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries, Kinesiology, and Therapeutic Exercise. She helps you find the best ways to learn and incorporates fun activities, along with learning, in the class. She is always there to give you advice and help you throughout your years here at AU.
What do you hope to be doing after AU? Obtaining a master's degree in exercise physiology.
What kinds of hands-on work experience have you had as an AU student? I've helped treat and prevent injuries to athletes on campus.
What kind of activities do you participate in on campus? Alcohol Awareness Week, Project Linus, Spartan Athletic Training Student Organization.
What is your favorite AU tradition? Homecoming
What is your favorite part about AU? I love intramural events!
Most exciting event on campus? Football games
What do you do for fun? Run in 5Ks around the area, shop, have movie nights and just relax.
