Building A Leadership Development Program: Free Aurora University Workshop Sept. 24 AURORA, Ill.—“Building a Leadership Development Program,” a free workshop, will be held by Aurora University’s Human Resources Institute from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, in the University Banquet Hall, 1410 Marseillaise Place in Aurora. The public is invited. Networking and refreshments are at 7:30 a.m. The guest speaker is Rose Hollister, founder of Hollister Consulting, Inc. in Wheaton . She said, “Organizations recognize that they need to continually help their leaders grow and develop. But planners ask: Where do we start? How do we measure success? What should be included? How do we implement? What is the difference between management and leadership development? What does it look like? How do we involve senior leadership? “Come for an interactive session filled with ideas, examples and case studies,” Hollister said. Her firm specializes in senior leadership development, change management, executive coaching and team facilitation. The company caters to high performance executives who are committed to growth. Hollister's leadership background includes experience at a Fortune 100 company. Current clients, among others, include McDonalds, Grainger, and Nicor.
