Beasley Campus Center

Host your next luncheon, dinner, special celebration or meeting featuring our GWC Special Events menu and service in the beautifully renovated Beasley Campus Center. With unique interior and exterior spaces for your next event, this beautiful facility provides campus dining services as well as meeting rooms, outdoor gathering space, and concert, banquet and reception areas. It contains a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining facilities to accommodate executive and standard dining options.

Facilities

The Executive Dining Room
Featuring a natural stone fireplace and a wall of French doors opening onto the Simeon B. Chapin Patio, the Executive Dining Room is a perfect setting for dinners or meetings with up to 50 guests.

The Bistro
Granite bar, fieldstone fireplace and comfortable furnishings provide an intimate setting for a reception or casual get-together. The Bistro is a lovely location in which to cater your business meeting or special event, as well as the Executive Dining Room, the adjoining George Williams Memorial Room or the Simeon B. Chapin Patio. With French doors opening onto the Patio, The Bistro may be reserved separately for a reception of up to 50, or in conjunction with the Executive Dining Room, for up to 100 reception guests. Reserve the Patio, too, and your dinner may accommodate up to 180 or 300 guests for a reception-style event.

The George Williams Memorial Room
Available for intimate dinners, the George Williams Memorial Room is an historically accurate reproduction of the room in London where George Williams and his colleagues founded the YMCA. One of only two such rooms in existence in the world, this dining room provides a most unique location for a special dinner, perfect for four to 10 guests.

The Simeon B. Chapin Patio
A unique outdoor location, the Simeon B. Chapin Patio is available as the site of your next event, alone or in conjunction with The Bistro and the Executive Dining Room. Overlooking the campus with views of the lake, the patio offers comfortable outdoor furnishings, with tables and chairs seating 24, and additional seating up to 130. Theatre-style seating will accommodate meetings for up to 200 guests. Availability is weather dependent.

Other Beasley Campus Center Locations
In addition to these special locations, the Beasley Campus Center also provides non-alcoholic reception, meeting and dinner space in the Seabury Room and the Campus Center dining halls.

Let our executive chef make your event memorable! George Williams College offers a wide variety of menu items from the simplest coffee and tea service to a spectacular multi-course dinner. We will be happy to work with you on your special requests.
