Conference Facilities

The George Williams College of Aurora University conference facilities are open April-Dec. for conferences and events. The campus is located on Geneva Lake in Williams Bay, Wisconsin and is just 1.5 hours from Chicago and one hour from Milwaukee or Madison. Limousine service is available to our door from O'Hare and Mitchell Field airports.

• Lodging - choose from a variety of accommodations on our beautiful 150 acre campus including private-bath facilities that can accommodate up to 100 guests. Additional youth lodging is now available at the Holiday Home Camp.
• Food Service - we offer a variety of menu choices from standard to premier, served buffet style, with a full complement of options to accommodate vegetarian diets, low-fat diets and special requests with advance notice. Special care is given to meet the needs all our guests. Snack service is available and can be delivered to the meeting rooms.
• Meeting Rooms – from classroom style set-ups to a conversational lounge with fireplace, we offer the perfect environment for your next meeting.

• Rates - room rates are per person based on occupancy and include lodging, meals and meeting room. Additional breakouts rooms at added cost.
