I have been teaching at AU in pre-law and criminal justice since 2004 and prior to that taught at AU in accountancy from 1993 to 1996. I have also worked as a CPA for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Los Angeles and as a corporate attorney with a law firm in Chicago. I helped form a non-profit organization based in South Central Los Angeles and was involved in extensive research on the criminal justice system in California when I was working on my Ph.D. Currently my research interests involve Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and White-Collar Crime.
