Born in Aurora, Illinois, I have always had close contact with Aurora University. I was pleased in 2004, when I was hired to work here - while finishing my Ph.D. at Northern Illinois University. I think a good teacher knows when to listen and when to ask questions. But I think a great teacher is motivated by love both for subject and for student.
