36 credit hours divided among four competencies and an optional concentration:
- Financial competency equips graduates with the ability to comprehend and analyze financial and economic data to foster sustainability.
- Interpersonal competency enables graduates to navigate the unavoidable conflicts and changes that arise in any organization or team.
- Entrepreneurial competency, built through an academic reflection on social justice, strengthens graduates' abilities to construct and advance creative solutions.
- Stewardship competency provides the framework of the program by defining elements of servant leadership to be nutured and applied within a personal and organizational context.
Optional concentrations include: business, not-for-profit, healthcare, higher education and religion. Instruction is provided in a blended format which includes a combination of in-class instruction and distance learning.
