I find Aurora University an attractive place to work for its collegiality. Not only do faculty support each other, but students and faculty form a true community of learners. In the Ed.D. program, students are mid-career professionals from school districts across Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, and from colleges and universities. These professionals learn from each other, and I learn from them as they learn from me. Graduate students tell me that this mutual respect, combined with high standards, helps them grow more that they could have imagined.
