Barb Silnes has worked in the retail loss prevention industry for over 20 years. Currently, she is a regional loss prevention director for a Fortune 500 company, responsible for leading security operations in 56 retail locations. As a district manager, she advanced her education by completing her Masters in Criminal Justice with a specialization in retail security management. She takes a special interest in developing leaders in the loss prevention industry and is looking forward to expanding that role at Aurora University.
