I hope to bring into each class a blend of practice and theory to help my students not only understand the what and why of the subject matter but also how it can be applied in a real world situation. My background as a scholarly practitioner helps me bring home into the class setting the knowledge of what I'm discussing along with the actual experience of performing it for organizations. I feel today's students need that blend of knowledge and practice in order to be more marketable in our competitive environment.
