After 34 years in the corporate world, I am happy to be teaching students at George Williams College how to become leaders in their own organizations. Together, we discuss academic theories, practical real world cases, meet with local business leaders and experience simulated key activities that require vision, critical strategic thinking and sensitive persuasive communications. As a mentor, student advisor and curriculum director for the business program on our campus, I am responsible for developing a relationship with our students, our neighbors in the community and our alumni.
