Teaching Philosophy
While teaching is very important, it is not nearly as important as learning. Therefore, from my point of view, teaching is only successful if there is successful learning. I believe, regardless of the level of the learner, learning is the key to success.  In my own teaching practice where adults are the student learners, I must be continually mindful that success is better derived by employing the constructivist method of teaching, wherein, the students take an active role in their learning by making choices that may guide the direction of the discussions which generally leads to intelligent inquiry and discovery.
