Aurora University strives for "excellence through collaborative communities of learners." This is, in part, achieved through strong partnerships with local schools and school districts. I strongly believe these partnerships help strengthen program practices to better prepare our graduates. My experience as an educator in both arenas, the school district and higher education, can be used as resources to help Aurora University in this endeavor and places me where my passion is: education.
