Aurora University collaborates with a number of institutions to provide teacher and other professional in-service opportunities as part of the Collaborating Academic Partnership Program (CAPP). Through partnerships with CE Credits Online, Regional Offices of Education and Social Studies School Service, these opportunities are available in a convenient online format. Students enrolling through one of these programs are able to receive an official Aurora University transcript documenting their courses.
Registering for classes
If you have been connected to Aurora University via CE Credits Online, Regional Offices of Education online offerings or Social Studies School Service, you will begin the online registration process through the university’s WebAdvisor system. This system will allow you to register and submit payment for coursework.
If you are taking classes through CE Credits Online, you will register and submit payment after you complete the coursework. If you are taking classes through one of the Regional Offices of Education or Social Studies School Service, you must enroll for graduate credit and submit payment typically no later than one week after the class begins.
Transcript Questions and Requests
Once you have completed your course, please submit your transcript request by accessing the Students link through WebAdvisor. Please allow two to three weeks for grades to be posted to your transcripts once your course is complete.
Up to nine (9) semester hours of graduate coursework taken through the Aurora University Collaborating Academic Partnership Program may be applied, upon initial enrollment, to Aurora University advanced degree programs with the approval of the appropriate master's degree chairperson.

For Regional Office of Education courses or Social Studies School Service courses, if you need to withdraw from your course(s), Aurora University will issue a full refund (100%) for courses dropped before the start of the second week of class, (no later than the 7th day of the course including the start date). There is no refund thereafter. Please remember to use your WebAdvisor username and password in order to log in and drop your course(s).
CE Credits Online course credits are non-refundable.
