Welcome
to the academic area of the Aurora University Web site. While
we know that the total Aurora University experience includes
excellent NCAA intercollegiate athletics programs, quality
residential and commuter services, and diverse and stimulating
campus activities including over 40 university-sponsored student
clubs and organizations, the real transformational power of
AU is in its strong academic programs.
Whether you are interested
in the traditional liberal arts like history, psychology, or
biology; career oriented undergraduate programs like nursing,
social work, business, pre-law, or education; a master’s
degree in fields like social work, business, teaching, or recreation
administration; or a doctorate in education; you will find
a transforming educational experience taught in small classes
by master teachers who have dedicated their professional lives
to students.
I invite you to explore the more than 40 interesting
and rewarding academic programs offered at Aurora University
and described in this Web site. I am confident that you will
find at least one that is right for you.
Please feel free to contact any of the faculty
described in these pages. They are always ready to share
information about their programs with prospective students.
Or, you may contact me and I will provide whatever help
I can. Enjoy your visit.
Sincerely,

Andrew P. Manion, Ph.D.
