The new residence hall on the southwest side of campus increases the total number of students living on campus to approximately 750. After more than a year of construction, the building opened in January 2012.

Blending with the architecture of the campus, the red brick building with cast stone accents creates a second quad bounded by Watkins, Memorial and Davis halls and the Institute for Collaboration. The building is the university's sixth residence hall.
